Brown Filigree Socks

This is sort of copying the earlier Purple Lace Socks except in 4 ply instead of 8 ply.

I have 64sts.

The Purple Socks were top down and these brown ones are toe up, so if you look carefully the pattern is upside down, but probably not very noticeable with the tiny stitches in a dark colour.

It’s a very cool little pattern. A good balance of fancy and manageable.

The heel is from Knit Grammer’s Gusset Heel Recipe for Toe Up Socks which takes in the stitch count and rows/10cm to give a pattern.

I’m hoping to finish off with Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off. Getting the perfect cuff is an ongoing quest.
